Damien and Marianne Murphy planted roots with their 5 children in Dixmont, Maine in 2020.

Originally from Ireland, Damien always had dreams of raising children on a farm. After many years together in Boston, MA, where Marianne is originally from, they took a giant leap of faith.
 

The farm experience has come to life for Damien and Marianne as they balance raising their children with the never ending tasks of farming. Now tending to the land, baling hay, planting corn, raising and breeding animals, and selling their farm raised beef and pork products, the Murphys have settled into “the way life should be” in the quiet hills of Dixmont.
